ReplyAll.chat is a social CRM platform designed for creators and influencers. The Service provides a shared inbox for managing direct messages across connected messaging platforms, AI-powered reply suggestions, contact management, conversation history, and team collaboration tools. We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

  • You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, upon notice to you.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data for a reasonable period in accordance with our Privacy Policy before deletion.
  • Sections 5, 8, 9, and 12 survive termination of these Terms.
