Connect your Crisp Account to start receiving messages
Adding Crisp to your connections
Important: The website ID must belong to the same Crisp account where you installed the ReplyAll.chat plugin. Otherwise messages won’t send or receive.
Install Crisp plugin
Click Install Plugin on the connections page. You’ll be redirected to your Crisp account to install the ReplyAll.chat plugin.
Get website ID from Crisp
Go to Crisp.Chat → Settings → Workspace Settings → Setup & Integrations to find your Website ID.
