Getting Started
Get up and running in a few steps
1. Connect a messaging platform
Link your LINE Official Account so messages flow into the app. If you don’t have one yet, create a LINE Official Account first, then connect it.
2. Invite your team
Go to Team, pick a role, and generate an invite link to add team members. You can change roles or remove members at any time.
3. Upload resources
Go to Resources and upload documents like product info, pricing, or FAQs. The AI uses these to generate accurate suggested replies.
4. Start chatting
Open Chat to see incoming conversations. The AI will suggest replies based on your resources. You can edit them or send as-is.
